Digital Innovation is an AI development company in Pakistan, building production AI systems for teams in the United States, the UK, the UAE and Australia. Most AI work fails at the same point: the demo impresses, and then nothing reaches production because nobody solved access, data quality or the exceptions people handle manually.
We build systems that do operational work against your own records — agents that complete a multi-step process, retrieval pipelines that answer from your documents and cite the source, and models that score a vendor or an application with the reasoning left visible so a human can audit it.
On an AI co-worker platform we built and deployed more than a hundred agents doing operational work in production. Not a chatbot answering questions about the work — agents carrying it out, against real systems, every day.
The client reports roughly $80,000 a month in savings and a 103% efficiency gain from it. Those are their figures, not our measurement, and we publish them as theirs. What is ours to claim is the engineering: the agents, the orchestration between them, and the guardrails that decide when a human is pulled in.
Buyers in New York, London and Dubai come to an offshore partner for capacity and speed, and get burned by the same thing every time — not the code, the coordination. A cheap hourly rate against a vague scope is the expensive option, because you pay for it twice: once in the build, once in the rework.
Our team is in Lahore, with a four-to-six hour overlap with US Eastern and a full working day with London and Dubai. You get a written specification before development starts, a demo of running software every week, and the IP in your name from the first commit. We work to the procurement, security-review and data-residency expectations Western buyers arrive with, and we put those constraints in writing rather than discovering them at handover.
One capability into production, measured against a number agreed before development begins — hours removed, onboarding time, exception rate, cost per transaction. Scope grows from results rather than from the original proposal.
Discovery comes first, and the fixed price comes after it. We will not quote a fixed price on a vague idea, and we would rather argue you out of six months of scope than build it and watch it go unused.
The engineering team is in Lahore, Pakistan. There is no local office in the US, UK or UAE and we say so on the first call rather than the last. You own the IP and the repository from the first commit.
Three engagements we can point at: an AI co-worker platform where we built and deployed 100+ production agents; Hyves, a B2B trade platform built end to end for a Dubai client across web, iOS and Android; and Gold Bank, a UK bullion e-commerce platform priced continuously from a live market rate. Both case studies are published, and every capability in them is visible on the client’s own live site.
No. We have shipped production integrations for payment and escrow settlement, multi-currency purchasing, identity verification and live market-rate pricing, but we have not delivered a named ERP or HRIS implementation. You will hear that on the first call rather than after signing.
We agree the number before development starts and instrument the system to report against it from day one, so you find out early rather than at the end. If it misses, we tell you what we learned and what we would change — and if the honest answer is that the capability is not worth extending, we say that too.
