Hyves

A B2B trading platform that replaced chat-group sourcing

Dealers were sourcing high-value stock across hundreds of disorganised chat groups, with no way to verify a counterparty or evidence a deal. We built the platform that replaced it: verified supplier onboarding with document checks, a multi-category catalogue, competitive bidding and "looking for" requests, multi-currency purchasing, counterparty scoring, and an auditable deal workflow ending in inspection-to-payment settlement.

The rest of the work

We publish a case study when we can describe the build in enough detail to be useful and check every claim in it. That is slower than filling a page with logos, so the portfolio carries the delivered work that has not been written up at this length yet — background screening in the US, bullion trading in the UK, AI co-workers in production, and an open-source messaging app with over a million installs.
